Another successful and exciting AR in the books! From all of us at Endurance Adventures to all of our volunteers and race teams – THANK YOU! This event is only possible because of you.
The 2012 race was a little shorter than last year (30-35 miles vs. 38-40 miles). But what it lacked in distance was more than compensated in ruggedness. The race started off with a surprise boat ride to one of the islands on beautiful Lake Moultrie. Only the boat didn't drive all the way to the beach…From there, the teams had numerous opportunities to get aquainted with wetland habitats and to test their personal comfort levels in the swamps and forests and various challenges at this incredible venue.
